Auger cast piles, SCC

Deep foundation work is an unforgiving application: the mix has to pump, flow, self-consolidate, and hit strength with nobody watching it cure underground. This program ran ECGS in a self-consolidating auger cast pile mix engineered for a major cement reduction against the conventional pile design, placed at production scale with standard equipment. The spread test in the photo is the mix speaking for itself.
